The FC will also manage the external relationships with external auditors and tax professionals across the group.This is a visible role in the organization, where he/she will be actively involved in the set:up of several initiatives as well as change management of others which are driving operational efficiency and business performance.Key Responsibilities1. Finance Management and AdministrationOversee the smooth and efficient running of the countries financeteams, including constant review and improvement of the day:to:day accounting and month end closing processesReview internal controls and establishing best practices to drive operational efficiency and business performanceEstablish relationships with local banking service providers and maintain adequate controls over access to cashContinue development and maintain integrity of Accounting system (NetSuite)In conjunction with System Administrator, coordinate and implement upgrades to NetSuite, providing necessary information / training to direct reportsEnsure that business cash flow adequately supports entities operationsEnsure all entities assets are monitored and accurately accounted forMaintain/monitor effectiveness of Finance SSC processes and controls. Drive process improvements in line with organization strategiesFurther build, execute and maintain policies for financial controllership2. Regulation and Statutory ComplianceEstablish strong working relationships with local countries external Audit and Tax teams to ensure optimal/efficient service is providedEnsure compliance with statutory and audit requirementsEnsure all taxation and legislative requirements are complied with at all timesEnsure requisite information is supplied for the preparation of all entities tax returns and such returns are reviewed by you and filed by external tax professionalsEnsure all indirect tax requirements/compliance is maintained, i.e. GST/VAT where applicable to each countriesEnsure all audits are completed in a timely manner and all related Corporate Regulatory filings are made by their due dates3. People ManagementMake self:available as coach/mentor in assisting direct reports to develop in their positionsEnsure that relevant information is communicated to direct reports enabling them to effectively carry out their functionsDelegate tasks to direct reports in line with skill, knowledge and ability and where necessary identify skill gaps and training requirementsAs required, become in
