We are seeking an ambitious, experienced leader to guide the regional operations for our Greater Michigan hospital division. This particular region encompasses managing a portfolio of 20 hospital:based programs, 150 in:direct teammates and accountability for approximately 45MM P and L. Applicants for this role can be located throughout greater Michigan:Flint, Troy, Detroit, Grand Blanc, Battle Creek, Grand Rapids, Midland, and Muskegon.This role will report to a Division Vice President and drive all aspects of the region's operating business:team development, clinical outcomes, financial management and ongoing growth in a way that honors our seven Core Values.As a Regional Operations Director (ROD) you will drive all aspects of the business:culture, team development, clinical outcomes, P and L management, growth and ongoing business development.
