**Position Summary**IPA Peru has been leading field-based randomized evaluations since 2003. Our work in Peru, Paraguay and other Latin American countries is defined by strong engagement with key decision-makers and foundational research in: education, gender-based violence, social protection, financial inclusion, and health.IPA Peru seeks a Research Analyst to provide field work and technical support in several RCT projects for a 3 months period. The projects are related to Early Childhood Development, Education; and Small and Medium Enterprises The RAn will work closely with a Research Associate, and other project partners. The RAn will support literature review activities, questionnaire programming, the implementation of remote fieldwork and support in the data quality checks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn how to design and program data collection instruments using different software, monitor fieldwork, participate in research design, clean and analyze data, prepare presentations for different audiences, and participate in qualitative research studies. We are looking for people who share our passion for data-driven approach to identifying, scaling, and continuously improving programs.**Responsibilities**Below is a list of some of the general duties and responsibilities of a Research Analyst (RAn), to be carried out as needed according to the determination of the Research Associate and/or Associate Research Manager. - Support literature review and other tasks relevant to research projects - Support in the programming of data collection instruments - Support the implementation of remote fieldwork and support of the data collection (quality checks, well functioning of survey rounds, etc.). - Support the development of reports and presentations about study designs and research results for different audiences (partner and PIs) in English. - Support in data cleaning and data analysis related to the assigned project**Qualifications****Education and experience**Bachelor's degree in economics, psychology, sociology, or other social science disciplines**Technical skills**:Knowledge of the fundamental principles of statistics and econometricsKnowledge of statistical software as Stata or R.Experience with data management and analysis.**Communication Skills**:Confidence in communicating with different audiences such as peers, enumerators, and supervisorsExcellent communication skills in Spanish and English**Leadership and organization skills**:Excellent time management and organization skills; attention to detail; ability to work independentlyAbility to work in a team and report to supervisors**About IPA****IPA's Commitment to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI)****Disclaimers****Application Instructions****Reports to**Research Associate**Deadline to Apply**ASAP**Location**Lima, Peru
