What You Will Be Doing As a SalesDevelopment Representative with Bluelight Consulting, you'll beresponsible for identifying, contacting,and closing new meetingswithin an established ICP (ideal customer profile).You'll quicklybecome an expert at researching the nuances within our customerprofiles that make someone a great fit for our services.Inaddition, you'll be following a proven, successful process for coldprospecting using video, email, LinkedIn, and yes, cold-calling.You'll be scheduling meetings with our Head of Sales and as youlearn more about our company and services, you'll eventually getpromotion opportunities.We use tools like Apollo, JustCall,G-Suite, and Hubspot. In your first week, you will learn our salestools and processes, be trained on our service offerings, and startsending emails, texts, and making cold calls.In your second week,you make 60+ cold calls. In your third week, you will book aminimum of two meetings with potential prospects.By your secondmonth, you will book at least eight meetings per month. What We AreLooking For - You must have at least one year of experience as anSDR, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry.- You have a hunter'smentality and are an expert at identifying and prospecting into newaccounts. - You must be resilient and capable of failing forward onan ongoing basis.- Competitive nature. You're driven to be thebest. You challenge yourself by setting goals, crushing them, andhelping your team do the same.- High energy. You have boundlessenthusiasm and can maintain the same intensity all day. You starteach morning with a positive attitude and are ready to make animpact.- Excellent English, written, and verbal communicationskills are required. - You're a self-starter capable of bringingideas and strategies to the table.You value independence and willbe successful with little supervision.
