Streamline processes and create process checklists to ensure quality and efficiency of the related processes (i.e. R2R).Execute the more complex parts of the Rule Based Controlling processes (follows process checklists to ensure process is thoroughly executed). Take part of business initiated improvement projectsas representative of Finance and Accounting. Channel requests to back:office to increase efficiency, reduce cost of services and set priority (Demand management).Pro:actively seek opportunities to automate and/or outsource, in close cooperation with the business controllers and managers.What You Will Do:Support share service activity.Support audit related mattersSupport weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Corporate / management reportingPerform accounting functions such as:Payroll review,updates and reconciliation.:Headcount analysis:GL review and control:Coordinate Balance Sheet tracker:Prepare and review Balance Sheet reconciliationLeading and coordinate month end close activities.Perform month end forex revaluation, review the reasonableness between USD and MYR book.Prepare and analyze company expenditure.Lead project based activitiesAssist management in various ad:hoc analyses and reporting.Perform ICS independent testing to ensure compliance to ICS requirement.Other key responsibilities are:Manage and coordinate quarterly self:assessment to ensure compliance to IFRS/SOX/Audit requirementReview and ensure full compliance with company accounting policiesInternal and external audit compliance and coordinationWhat You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications ):Preference to those with audit and reporting experience from manufacturing environment.Internal audit experience and willing to travel oversea for ICS requirement or shared service tasks transfer.Possess excellent financial analytical skills, result oriented and fast learnerAble to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced manufacturing environment and meet tight deadlines.Excellent in communication, proactive, self:motivated and good team player.Possess excellent excel skills and familiar with advanced ERP systemEducation (Minimum Level)BachelorsField of StudyAccounting and FinanceYears of Experience (Minimum)5:7 yearsLicense s / CertificationsACCA / MIAPreferred Qualifications:P ossess a professional qualification recognized by MIALumileds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer0 4 /1 3 /20 21Lumileds Talent Acquisition
