A well:established international specialist in eLearning and human capital management software for safety:MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBeing part or in whole responsible of accounting and month:end close process, financial reporting, profitability / cost analysis of certain business units, internal control, follow up on external auditors on audits and other interesting ad hoc projects for the CFO.As part of the Finance team, assists with month:end close process.Assist the Finance Manager with any ad:hoc accounting issues that might arise.Assist in the annual audit process with external auditors, including financial statements and audit schedules.Prepare, review, challenge and take actions on the account reconciliations performed, with the goal to constantly seek for accuracy of data.Update internal control questionnaires and risk matrix. Ensures an action plan is set up to mitigate the major internal control issues identified.
