Senior Actuarial Analyst (Team Leader)- Lima, PEAugust 15, 2023Your work will include a wide variety of complex projects, including intellectual capital development, financial modelling, data analysis and visualization, and results delivery to internal clients.You will provide quantitative results to support actuarial messaging and to help drive the profitable growth of the Individual Marketplace. You will also engage with carriers and other vendor partners with respect to product design, price, and prevalence.- 6+ years of experience in a consulting firm or health insurance carrier- Must have experience with retiree health care benefits and insurance.- ASA- Experience successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time- Executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills- Excel (in an advanced level), and PowerBI- Ability to coordinate teams across WTW segments- Team-oriented and collaborative- Demonstrated success or strong evidence to support new business generation potential- Strong interpersonal and team skills- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills- Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills- Enjoy training and mentoring junior staff**We are an equal opportunity employer
