Lugar: PE - CALLAORepresentante de Adquisición de Talento de Goodyear: GABRIELLE RICHTMANN**Primary Purpose of the Position**:Lead the effective implementation of Human Resources strategies and policies for Peru operations (SAD & Mfg) as to enable achievement of the expected business results.Act as a business partner to the plant management and administrative areas, counseling and coaching on how to obtain the best contribution and engagement from the workers and staff while complying with the local laws and company policies.Implement and organize the effective operation of HR functions as recruitment and selection, personnel administration, benefits and compensation, employee and labor relations, development and succession, industrial hygiene and safety, property security, community relations, social activities, engagement and internal climate.Lead with authority the safety, ergonomic, environmental and quality compliance to required laws within the plant to Ensure a safe work environment.**Main Responsibilities**:- Properly plan and staff the organization for the execution of the business plan.- Implement reward and development plans as to retain best talent and promote engagement and delivery results. Compliance with local laws and with company policies and business conduct standards.- Lead Labor Relations and the development of labor agreements with unions, negotiation teams and authorities, as to allow a sustainable and competitive operation.- Coordinate with regional compensation team to conducts studies and market surveys that identify practices and trends to support development of compensation and benefit strategies. Orchestrate the HR functions as to develop an engaged work force to support the competitive and sustainable operation of the organization.- Monitoring and leadership related to activities of safety, ergonomic, environmental and quality in compliance to required laws Within the plant.- The responsibilities and authorities related to the integrated management system should follow the described in the Manual of Management System Manual Integrated Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health.- Responsible for the Environmental, quality and Safety Management System (SGI) in his area. Supports : ISO 9001. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF16949**Experience**:Required:Minimum of 5-7 years in Human Resources functions. Minimum of 2 years leading teamsProven experience in personnel, administration, compensations & benefits, contractors, management, labor relations and negotiations.Minimum of 3 years leading teams**Education & Certifications**:Required:Bachelor Degree Completed in Engineering, Administration or similarDesired:Postgraduate or Masters in Human Resources.
