Senior Tech Lead

You will have to develop a broad knowledge base of common cloud solutions, interact with customers and support your junior team members.It's a customer:facing role, so you must be outgoing and confident in your ability to interact with clients, manage workshops and execute necessary training on your own.Primary daily responsibilities:Develop disaster recovery rehearsals and infrastructure automation in TerraformImplement best practices for monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and load testing of cloud:Contribute to the RFIs for GCP Managed ServicesSupport the team to deliver top:notch and innovative managed services in Google CloudSecond:line engineering support for ManagedServices customers by answering questions on their environment, running playbooks and having a deep understanding of Google Cloud products and how it can impact their systemsSecondary responsibilities:Proposing viable long term, cost:effective cloud solutions for customersDeveloping (script and code) solutions for customersDelivering technical training and workshops for customersContributing to the Devoteam proprietary MSP Command Centre portal and other internal toolsSuggesting and developing our own services based on GCPRequired qualifications:Working experience with GCP or another public cloud providerExperience in one or more development languages, such as Python, Go, or BashExperience in scripting and configuration of Linux and Windows systemsExperience in API, REST, RPC and microservices designExperience with technologies like Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence/Hunting, IAM, Workload Protection, EncryptionPractical experience with Terraform for GCP will be a huge assetPractical experience from Public Cloud Managed Service Provider will be a big assetFluency in English (both written and spoken)BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experienceExperience in producing design documents, such as UML diagrams and network layoutsPractical experience with designing and implementation of public cloud landing zonesGoogle Cloud Platform Professional Architect Certification
