Presenting designs both internally and externally and gathering feedback at different stages of the design process and product lifecycle is an essential part of the role.Duties and responsibilitiesAs a Senior UX/UI Designer, your main duties and responsibilities will include:Championing the voice of the user, ensuring the success of the business is always rooted in solving the most important problems as efficientlyas possible..Understand the trade:offs inherent in delivering value to customers quickly. You take a pragmatic, iterative approach.Manage designers to complete design tasks but are happy to roll up your sleeves and do what's needed yourself, whether that's designing a UI component, charting a user journey, conducting user research, or something else entirelyDemonstrate good design sense and take ownership of the UX of our productsHandle design at scale and how to optimize a design organization to work effectively and efficiently toward goalsComfortable engaging with customers and users to involve them and stakeholders in the design processYou have excellent presentational skills, especially when it comes to sharing your design and talking about your work both internally and externally.Must haveTechnical skillsExcellent knowledge of design tools, components libraries, prototypingPassion for planning, moderating and analyzing remote and in person usability studiesExperience in creating, facilitating and analyzing workshops and co:design sessions with customers and stakeholdersSoft SkillsFluent in English, any other languages is a plusExcellent presentation skillsAbility to communicate know:how, experiences, ideas, solutions and deliverables effectively and persuasivelyExperience in mentoring and leadership of a team as you will play a role in developing more junior designers on projects that require in:depth knowledge of specific domains and skill developmentNice to haveDynamic environment favoring initiative and autonomyGreat opportunity to learn on the job and expand horizons
