**Ubicación**:La Lima, C, CR**Familia de puestos**: Control de Calidad**País**: Costa RicaThe SVS Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring completion of projects according to scope, plan, budget, and relevant instructions within the following categories:Material and design change on existing productsOptimization or troubleshooting of production related initiatives or critical production errors and high complaint levels resulting from raw materialsCost reduction projects due to financial reasons or to mitigate risk at current supplier second source projectsLocal related projects requested by ManagementManage projects with a global mind-set and with holistic thinking - respect to the cultural differences and local production set up. SVS Project Engineer shall take part in the global SVS Project Management organization setup and represent SVS Project Management in the Quality Department.**Principale Responsibilities**:Coordinate and manage local projectsAnalyse, scope and mobilized projects within Global QualityEnsures successful completion of project within scope, schedule, and budgetEnsures project documentation meets regulatory requirements and Coloplast guidelines.Ensures project status and relevant decision within the project are communicated to all team members and stakeholdersCoordinate project team deliverables during the projectEnsures flow and momentum in projects, which optimizes value for the businessResponsible for reporting status, KPIs, risks and issues to Head of SVS Project Management and Steering CommitteeHave focus on material shortage during the entire project lifetimeContribute to general competence development and knowledge sharing in the departmentParticipate in development and maintenance of procedures and instructions relevant to SVS Project ManagementAchieve the indicators set by the managementFollow safety, fire protection, rules concerning production in cleanroom and other company regulationsTake responsibility for those safety aspects identified for the given positionPerforme their job in compliance with the guidelines givenDrawing attention to the manager to any difficulties in understanding or following the guidelinesDrawing attention to inefficiency of the systemAny other dutie as assigned per role and business needs.**Essential Qualifications**:Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or in a related fieldFluent English skills (both verbal and written)Able to travel approximately 20-25 days yearlyStrong knowledge of Excel, Word, Power PointKnowledge of MS Project or other tools necessary for Project Management**Preferred Qualifications**:Previous experience in medical devices company.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**Functional Competencies**: Quality Systems & Processes / Statistical Analysis & Tools / Technical Writing & Documentation / Standards & Regulations / System & Data Management / Validation / Design Control**Cross-functional competencies**: Business Understanding / Products & Production / Project Management / Self-Management / People Development / Decision-making / Collaboration / CommunicationCon unos ambiciosos planes de crecimiento, Coloplast desarrolla y comercializa productos y servicios que hacen la vida más fácil a aquellas personas con necesidades de cuidados sanitarios especiales.
