Systems Architect - Customer Relationship

**Responsibilities**:- Learn about the current CMS infrastructure and adapt to bring the system in-house- Lead the design and architecture of the CMS infrastructure, considering scalability, security, and performance- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure interoperability with third-party systems and data sources- Implement strategies to ensure the CMS scales efficiently to accommodate growing data and user loads- Monitor and optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring responsiveness- Evaluate and manage relationships with CMS vendors, ensuring the selection of reliable and scalable solutions- Stay informed about updates and advancements in CRM technologies- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CMS developers, administrators, data security engineers and business analysts- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the CMS infrastructure design, configurations, and integrations- Establish and enforce security measures to protect sensitive CMS data- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards- Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans specific to the CMS infrastructure- Conduct regular tests and drills to validate the effectiveness of recovery procedures**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- Proven experience as a Systems Architect with a focus on CRM system infrastructure- In-depth knowledge of CRM principles and best practices- Experience with CRM platforms, with a preference for expertise in YetiForce CRM- Strong understanding of database design, API integration, and system interoperability- Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools**Salary**: S/.4,000.00 - S/.5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Please indicate you salary requirements.- What CRM platforms do you have experience in?
