For this, we seek to integrate a **Senior Team Lead** into our team.**Responsibilities**:- Leadership and Team Management:- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.- Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring the team's professional growth.- Project Management:- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.- Technical Expertise:- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD.- Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to the development and maintenance of critical systems.- You will be required to code actively, not only lead a team.- Security expertise is valued over banking domain knowledge.- Communication and Collaboration:- Foster effective communication within the team and with cross-functional departments.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other teams to drive successful project outcomes.- Problem-solving and Decision-Making:- Lead the team in addressing complex technical challenges and making informed decisions.- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to ensure system stability.- Continuous Improvement:- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and methodologies.- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending their integration when beneficial.**Qualifications**:- Education:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Experience:- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a software development or related role.- Proven experience in a leadership or team lead position.- Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD- Communication Skills:- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (**in English**).- Problem-Solving Skills:- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently.- Team Collaboration:- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.- Project Management:- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
