The connection to patients offers new perspectives, drive innovation, and enable us to deliver solutions that are helping to transform their lives.We are seeking a recognized scientific leader to join our Computer:You will contribute by:Independently designing and executing computational experiments in a timely manner toenable the progression of TPD therapeutic projects.Proactively thinking of ways to enhance delivery to the TPD projects. Able to foresee resource requirements and bottlenecks and propose solutions.Creating effective working relationships within the TPD team and beyond via influencing and networking.Championing continuous optimization of drug discovery processes. Effectively solicits input and feedback and drives innovation.functional collaboration.Acting as an ambassador for CADD by providing scientific expertise / leadership at cross:disciplinary meetings and departmental meetings.Understanding UCB R and D; strategy and contributes to its implementation. Acts as advisor and driver of change with senior management.Demonstrating strategic thinking for project delivery, identification and implementation of the next disruptive technology within UCB in order to stay at the forefront of drug discovery.Interested?
