The Role Responsibilities: Manage vendor invoices efficiently, ensuring timely payments and fostering positive vendor relationships. Collaborate with vendors to promptly resolve billing inquiries, disputes, or payment delays. Take ownership of bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with tax regulations. Handle monthly bank reconciliations with precision, promptly addressing any discrepancies. Expertly manage property allocations, rent collections, and lease administration using advanced software systems. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm GMT

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate. You have working knowledge of Handling Payments, Managing Utilities Requirements, Microsoft Office, Software Application, Oversee the setup of Wi-Fi, gas, electric, and setups, Ensuring accurate and timely billing and High English level to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
