You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:- _Team Augmentation: _You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.- _ Design & Build: _You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.**What We're Looking For**:- 2+ years of professional experience as a UX Research Designer.- Experience with UI/UX Design.- Proven experience in conducting user research, user testing, and data analysis within a UX-focused role.- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, and experience with Content Square (or similar) for in-depth user behavior analysis.- Familiarity with tools like Medallion for onsite feedback and Figma (FigJam) for whiteboarding is advantageous.- Experience working on large, complex systems.- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.- A four-year college degree is required.- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
