Join us in shaping our future-and yours.- What You Will DoKey Responsibilities- Track daily orders in the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, picking, packaging and transportation of goods, communicate orders with sales, coordinate daily orders and expedited orders, and ensure timely delivery.- Conduct inventory management and analysis on the warehouse to avoid insufficient storage space in the warehouse, conduct regular inventory to ensure accurate inventory and update inventory records.- Control returns, track and investigate the reasons for returns, check and analyze restricted inventory, and cooperate with cross function with write off process.- Collect POD from 3PL, check and register them, and communicate with suppliers to resolve existing problems.- Coordinate and communicate with other function(Quality, EHS, Demand) on warehouse operations to ensure smooth supply chain and collaboration, including but not limited to warehouse operation specifications, quality safety, and product sampling(????).- Manage the range of products and customers involved in code rolling and scanning.- Responsible for 3PL monthly meetings, review KPIs and existing problems, and organize 3PL T2T meetings- Analyze and manage leadtime and cooperate with SOX audit.- Analyze and optimize warehouse operation processes and propose improvement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.- Improve the operational efficiency of the Shanghai CDC and cooperate with the completion of shelf renovation, CCTV update, scanner information collection and transmission and other projects.- Cooperate with procurement in CDC Tender, analysis problem and collect data.- Responsible for daily operations, cost analysis and process optimization after transfer to NKA in indirect model, reduce order frequence to one week one time.- Collect and organize warehouse and transportation-related data, improve data quality, develop warehouse digital capabilities, and participate in digital transformation.**Qualifications**:What We Are Looking ForDesired Qualifications- Have experience in warehouse management and understand warehouse management processes and operating standards.- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate and solve problems with personnel from various departments.- Strong problem-solving and emergency response capabilities, able to handle and resolve warehouse operation problems and emergencies in a timely manner.- Proficient in data analysis and statistics, able to analyze and optimize warehouse operation data.- Strong awareness of safety and risk management and ability to implement warehouse safety procedures.- Strong planning and organizational skills, able to properly arrange and manage warehouse work plans and personnel.- Applicants with relevant warehouse management certification and industry knowledge are preferred.What's In It For You- Competitive Benefit Package- Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!- Learning & Development Opportunities- Employee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
