Contributes to value creation by supervising PJ updates, collaboration/ people management, resource/ budget update. Communicates closely with the head and other leaders in NS DDU and internal/ external partners and leads to make NS DDU and therapeutic area research strategy.AccountabilitiesEnsures successful projects and deliverables, from hit:Manages chemistry resources (i.e. internal/ external FTE, budget, equipment) in ones group in order to ensure timely achievement of departmental goals.Leads a group of scientists and develop high:performing teams with an inclusive and innovative culture.
