Monitor and manage staffing needs for the HRS TA team in the assigned geography.- Oversee TA service delivery operations, responding to escalated service demands as needed (e.g., volume of transactions, volume of calls, staff absence, process execution, etc.). Review/approve transactions, as applicable.- Influence colleagues, customers, and collaborators to ensure acceptance of and compliance with new processes and tools. Manage adoption of new scope of work, including knowledge development to support consultation.- Identify ways to innovate, improve, scale, and leverage E2E TA delivery capabilities. Oversee implementation of continuous improvement opportunities to current processes utilizing enabling technology.- Other Incidental Duties.Education and Experience:- Bachelors Degree in or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field ,minimum 10 years years experience of relevant experience in managing HR processes for Talent Acquisition Required or- Masters Degree or equivalent in Graduate degree (e.g., MS, MBA), minimum 8 years years experience of relevant experience desirable Preferred- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems- Experience leading teams within a similar organization and matrixed structure PreferredAdditional Skills:- Experience leading and mentoring virtual teams and helping to foster/create a "great place to work.- Experience and understanding of HR enabling technologies (e.g
