Team Manager In Software Development

You will be responsible for onboarding and introducing new employees to the company and department,engage new employees in projects based on their experience and competences as well as recruitment and hiring,support the development of subordinates by preparing personalised development plans and objectives, conduct periodic assessments and regular feedback meetings,coaching, mentoring, and ensuring motivation and job satisfaction of the subordinate team,work closely with other departments in the company and stakeholders on your employees projects, and being responsible for ensuring that the quality standards of all processes are maintained,in the future:work in aninternationalteam in an agile approach ensuring that Scrum and established QA practices are understood and applied by the Scrum Team.We are looking for you, if:you have completed a higher education degree,you are fluent in English or German;you have several years of experience as a Scrum Master/Team Leader/IT Project Manager and want to focus on managing a team and people,you know the tools necessary to run projects, including agile methodologies, and the tools necessary for working as a team manager,you have experience in managing a project team and working with foreign customers.
