You will make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, a deep understanding of automotive financing, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective buyers.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers from provided leads to introduce our dealership's offerings, including vehicles and financing options.- Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and provide comprehensive information on available vehicles and financing programs.- Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and persuasive manner to generate interest in our products and services.- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for interested customers to visit the dealership for test drives and vehicle inspections.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the dealership's CRM system.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads from the telemarketing stage to the showroom.- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, financing options, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the dealership's success.**Requirements**:- Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers over the phone.- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.**Location**:The position will be REMOTE.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, CommissionPay: S/.6,000.00 - S/.16,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 48 per weekExpected Start Date: 08/03/2024
