The HR Function sits at the heart of this and is supported by Comms and Engagement of our people.The purpose of the role is support the end to end HR and CR teams to ensure the administrative operation of the business and drive a winning culture that is agile, connected motivated with a focus on helping the market achieve its ambition, through our people.FinancialsDiageo South LAC is currently a business of 210M GBPs, having transformed itself from a business of 90M merely three years ago. We have a clear strategy and ambition over the next 4 years to more than duplicate our business again and become a business of 500M GBP.This role does not have any direct financial accountability but will manage the correct budget management, spending and payment to providers through our internal financial payment system.Market ComplexityTop Accountabilities- The main accountability of this role is to support the HR and CR functions in the running of the day to day business operations - specifically focused on Payment Management, HR systems, Onboarding, Comms & Engagement & Process Improvement. Specific activities include but are not limited to:- Raising of POs and tracking of budgets and payments-- Support in coordination with insurance broker-- Coordination with vendors-- Support in updating employees' files-- Key member of the Health and Safety committee in Peru-- Support in update of HR policy and benefits.-- Coordination of benefits (English Classes, food coupons, products & prizes, insurance etc)-- Support in quality assurance in HR reports.-- Support in HR processes / projects (I&D, engagement, others)-- Communication and engagement delivery across the market for all countries-- Lead role in the Engagement Committee-- Involvement in ESG initiativesIdeal experiences / Qualifications / capabilities- University student in Business Administration or similar preferred (from 7° cycle)- Proficient Microsoft Office capabilities- Intermediate / advance English- Analysis & communication skills- Enjoy collaborating with people- Proactive, resourceful, with good initiative- Motivated to join an incredible company and work across Human Resources & Corporate Relations!Worker Type:InternshipPrimary Location:LimaAdditional Locations:Job Posting Start Date:2023-12-01
