Our promise to our associates is rock:solid:we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other.Join in and feel the difference.We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:RecruitmentPost job adds on relevant job boards;Source potential profiles;Schedule and conduct phone interviews;Update regularly staffing follow:up;Follow:Prepare monthly and annual headcounts reportsto send to Controlling department;SAP and other tools:Prepare requeststo ensure implementation of all organizational changes, hiring, leaving on SAP;Create associates on the expense claims tool,and proceed to updates when needed;Onboarding and IntegrationCoordinate onboarding calendars;Organize inductions with relevant departments;Follow up onboarding process rollout for each new hire;Welcome new hires and introduce to the key induction elements (Code of business conduct, healthcare documents, etc);Approve business cards requests;Follow up on probation periods (end of probation reports and letters);Administration:Support with leave management;Organize and follow up medical visits for labor Doctor;Follow up on healthcare and retirement for all new registrations, ongoing requests and exits;Prepare letters and certificates required by administrations or associates;Prepare, send and follow up cancellations and changes of ANAPEC contracts;Support with filing and archiving of personnel documents;Support HR team on different HR projects and initiatives;**Qualifications**:Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation;Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;Good working knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);Fluent in English and French;Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally;Self:directed, self:motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team;Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability;
